Our Story
Dulza is a bold reimagining of Mexican flavor — rooted in tradition, crafted with care.
Founded by Alexander Perez, a first-generation Mexican-American entrepreneur, Dulza was inspired by one thing: churros — his favorite snack growing up. After countless failed attempts, burned batches, and even burning himself more than once trying to get it just right, Alexander turned trial and error into a recipe worth sharing. What started as a craving became a brand built on flavor, culture, and persistence.

Our menu is intentionally simple — scratch-made churros, smooth horchata, bold café de olla, and our signature mazapán latte. Every item is made with real ingredients, no shortcuts, and a whole lot of love.
